Our performance coaching services are designed to support the client's performance and well-being. The coaching program is tailored to individual needs and always created in collaboration with the client. We utilize modern training methods based on the latest research and experience, particularly in the rehabilitation and performance optimization of athletes and active individuals.

During the initial consultation, we conduct thorough physical assessments and movement pattern tests to evaluate the client's baseline. Based on this evaluation, we develop a comprehensive training plan, which may include strength training, speed and endurance components, as well as improving mobility and balance. We also provide home exercises, if necessary, to support the coaching process.

The focus of our coaching is on improving body posture control and movement patterns, injury prevention, and holistic performance development. When needed, we offer guidance on nutrition and recovery as well.

Throughout the coaching program, clients receive continuous support and guidance, along with the opportunity to track their progress based on individually set goals. We are also available via WhatsApp to ensure the smooth progression of the coaching process.

A consultation is ideal if you need an expert's perspective on your current training program, have challenges with managing overall workload, want to discuss injury prevention, or seek tailored advice on improving body balance, mobility, or strength. During the consultation, we can review your current training and exercise habits, assess your goals, and make plans to support your progress. The plan takes into account your life situation, previous training background, and injury history.

We utilize the latest research and practical experience from various sports and rehabilitation methods to provide you with the most suitable guidance. The consultation is a flexible way to receive expert assistance, whether you are an athlete, an active individual, or recovering from an injury. This service includes expert advice without the need for commitment to a comprehensive coaching program.
